Preferred Skills:

• PMP / Agile Certification preferred
• Should be well versed with hands on key project management areas like Risk Management, procurement, Scope & Stakeholder management
• Responsible for Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders
• Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle
• Should have hands-on experience on proposal preparation and submission
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication
• Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines
• Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
• Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques
• Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis
• Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools

Qualification :

• BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree with experience in Product and Project Development
• 12 to 14 year overall experience with at least 4 to 5 years of project
• Management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace/Automotive/Healthcare/Rail domain
