Project Head

The Project Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of residential apartment projects. This includes managing construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control, and driving the project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete lifecycle of apartment projects from land development to handover
• Plan project timelines, milestones, and execution strategy
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Oversee site execution including civil, structural, and finishing works
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and billing processes
• Ensure statutory approvals and compliance (BBMP, RERA, environmental, etc.)
• Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical or operational issues
• Liaise with sales and CRM teams for customer requirements and handover schedules
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
• Handle vendor negotiations and contract management
• Provide regular progress reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory)
• 10–15+ years of experience in residential/apartment project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Experience in high-rise or gated community projects preferred
• Good understanding of local approvals and regulations
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities

Ensure timely project completion with zero compromise on quality, maintain strong coordination between site, design, and sales teams and drive efficiency and accountability across all project functions.
