Senior Lead Information Security Analyst(SAP Security)

Job Overview

As an SAP Security Business Analyst at Collins Aerospace, you will play a key role in protecting and securing our global SAP landscape. You will work closely with business and technology teams to design, implement, and support SAP security solutions that ensure secure access, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and support SAP Security solutions across multiple SAP applications and platforms.

• Manage SAP user and role administration, including single and composite roles.

• Support security-related incidents, service requests, audits, and small to medium-sized enhancement projects.

• Develop and maintain SAP security standards, procedures, and documentation.

• Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to design security roles and access controls that align with business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, audit requirements, and the SOX framework.

• Participate in access reviews, security testing, and implementation activities to maintain a strong security posture.

• Analyze business processes, workflows, transactions, tables, and authorization objects to recommend secure and efficient solutions.

• Support multiple SAP security initiatives and projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Security architecture and role-based authorization concepts.

• Experience with user and role administration, including:

•           Role Design and Maintenance

•           Access Management

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP environments such as:

•           SAP ECC

•           SAP BW/BI

•           SAP S/4HANA

•           SAP BW/4HANA

•           SAP Portal

•           SAP SRM

•           Tableau

•           SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)

•           Security Audits

•           Compliance Activities

•           SOX Controls

•           Security Testing

•           Incident and Service Request Management

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master's degree in a related field.

• SAP GRC Certification is highly desirable.

• Experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.

• Experience supporting multiple end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects.

• Knowledge of access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance frameworks.

• Experience working in aerospace, manufacturing, or other large global organizations.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
