Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company's software.
  • Assist customers in setting up and using the software.
  • Provide software demonstrations and customer training.
  • Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and remote support.
  • Coordinate with the technical team regarding customer feedback and new requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Travel to customer locations when required for software implementation and training.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with customers.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
