Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Common Area Maintenance: Keeps garden lights, hallway bulbs, gate motors, and water pumps running safely.
  • Power Backup Support: Starts and monitors diesel generators and automatic transfer switches during power cuts.
  • Resident Support: Fixes minor electrical issues inside flats or checks main incoming power fuses upon request.
  • Routine Inspections: Checks distribution boxes, earthing pits, and meter rooms to stop short circuits
