ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an extremely talented project executive with knowledge of AutoCAD to design our upcoming restaurants and help coordinate BOQs and project execution. You will work directly with the Project Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of Indias great brands.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Projects Design:

Layouts - design restaurant layouts, from kitchen to seating area
Furniture - design customer furniture for the stores
3D - learn how to render 3D drawings google SketchUp
Equipment - design customer equipment based on specific store requirements


New Projects:

BOQ - prepare BOQ based on drawings
Execution - coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing and HVAC to ensure project completion happens within budgeted time
Purchase - coordinate with finance team to place orders for budgeted materials
Vendors - survey market for best vendors on cost and quality
Reporting - prepare weekly project reports during ongoing projects
Handover - coordinate with operations for project handover
Measurements - coordinate with maintenance team for measurement checking at site


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using AutoCAD, Revit

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Has experience using Google Sketchup


Civil Site Engineer

·        Conducting periodic inspections at stores of all electrical connections and control panels
·        Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
·        Managing vendors when expertise repairs are expected
·        Measure and handle the prevention strategies maintenance
·        Handling the basic repairs and make a routine maintenance
·        Identifying and repairing technical problems
·        Installation of infrastructure for machines and equipments as required
·        Performing routine repairs and replacing damaged equipment’s if any


Maintenance Executive

About the Position:
Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a supply chain professional with knowledge of purchase & supply chain for our restaurants.

Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Material & Warehouse Management:
a. Track & improve key metrics:
- Transfer of stocks between stores
- Stock outs & fill rates
- Vendor service levels & fill rate %
- Stock-holding days at outlets & warehouses
- PO accuracy
- On time deliveries at store within time-windows
b. Ensure accurate & timely POs for consumable and assets through ERP
c. Lead and manage warehouse team performance, including training and adherence to processes
d. Enforce 100% compliance with existing SOPs and develop new SOPs where required
e. Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) in storage and dispatches

2. Cost Reduction:
a. Manage vendor contracts and ensure best-in-industry pricing
b. Lead negotiations with vendors

3. Follow-ups:
a. Co-ordinate with the Finance team on the vendor payments

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITY 
• Purchase of daily needs for restaurants
• Coordinating with operations team to carry out supply process smoothly

• Finalizing vendor for supplies
• Placing of Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for delivery
• Follow up with finance for any pending payments
• Monitoring the placing of indents daily within cut off time
• Keeping records for late indent, GRN missing, wrong GRN
• Checking the GRN for the past Purchase Orders
• Informing stores for any kind of GRN missing, late indent and short supplies
• Placing Purchase Order after carefully checking the indent. Modify indents if required
• Follow up with vendor for on time delivery and short supply
