- Recruitment & HiringSource and recruit Caregivers, GDA Staff, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and experience.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring records.
- Employee OnboardingComplete joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure all staff understand company policies and service standards.
- Employee ManagementMaintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
- Support performance review processes.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate resolutions.
- Compliance & DocumentationMaintain personnel files and employment records.
- Assist with labor law compliance and statutory requirements.
- Ensure employee documentation remains updated and secure.
- Training & DevelopmentCoordinate employee training programs.
- Assist in organizing skill development sessions for healthcare staff.
- Monitor training completion and certification records.
- HR OperationsSupport payroll data preparation.
- Coordinate with Operations and Administration teams.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
