Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to customize solutions while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Collaboration with different teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to work with Salesforce APIs and integrate with external systems.
- Familiarity with declarative development tools and low-code platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of best practices for application lifecycle management and release processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
