Product Manager - Supply Chain Finance - Product - Bengaluru - Prestige Corniche - JM*
1 User Experience Ownership:
- Take full ownership of the user experience across all products, ensuring seamless interactions and high customer satisfaction.
2 Digital Penetration:
- Drive digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects that enhance online engagement.
3 Data Enhancement:
- Implement data collection processes with validations to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) and improve data quality.
4 Market Understanding:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to grow market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
5 Technology Trends:
- Research and stay updated on technological trends, exploring how to incorporate them into product development.
6 Team Collaboration:
- Facilitate team input at various stages of product development and design to ensure well-rounded solutions.
7 Performance Metrics:
- Define and analyze performance metrics, prepare project status reports, and assess feature success.
8 Technological Advancement:
- Conceptualize, implement, and lead technological advancement and digital transformation projects to enhance product offerings, client satisfaction, and reduce credit risk.
9 Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reporting systems.
10 Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging SME trends and opportunities for product innovation.
11 Competitive Assessment:
- Continuously assess competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
12 Customer Feedback:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and updates.
13 Product Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs.
Qualifications -
Minimum Degree: Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
