What would you do? We are looking for a Global Catalog Management Analyst to support catalog management activities across multiple regions worldwide. This role will be responsible for enabling new catalogs, validating catalog updates, supporting ongoing catalog maintenance, and ensuring catalog accuracy and compliance within SAP Ariba and Ariba Network. The ideal candidate will have experience working with procurement systems, supplier enablement, and catalog content management. Knowledge of Ariba Network is considered a plus.

Familiarity with catalog types such as CIF, PunchOut, or hosted catalogs. Understanding of supplier enablement and eProcurement processes. Profile The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded, with the ability to support catalog management activities at a global scale. They should be comfortable working with procurement platforms, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring catalogs are accurate, updated, and available to users worldwide.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Manage and support catalog activities globally within SAP Ariba and Ariba Network. Enable new supplier catalogs in alignment with business and procurement requirements. Review, validate, and coordinate catalog updates, including pricing, item descriptions, supplier information, and contract-related details. Support catalog maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve catalog-related issues. Monitor catalog performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support supplier onboarding and catalog enablement processes. Ensure catalog content follows internal standards, procurement policies, and regional requirements. Provide guidance and support to global users regarding catalog-related questions or issues. Track, document, and follow up on catalog requests and issue resolution. Required Skills and Experience Experience with SAP Ariba, preferably related to catalog management, procurement operations, or supplier enablement. Strong understanding of procurement processes and catalog lifecycle management. Ability to validate catalog data and identify required updates or corrections. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities across different regions. Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data review and validation.
