Summary:
In the role of Business Process Designer, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This includes developing new processes and refining existing ones to enhance overall efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with business users to gather detailed requirements and create comprehensive use cases. Additionally, continuous monitoring mechanisms are designed and implemented to collect feedback, enabling ongoing process optimization and ensuring that solutions remain effective and aligned with business needs.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design techniques.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
