What You Will Do

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.

• Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
• Strengthen work relationships, improve morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
• Provide expert HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor and contribute to workforce and succession planning strategies.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting professional development.
• Recommend and implement innovative HR strategies to drive business success.
