Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective or existing prospects as per requirements and assigned data.
  2. Explain requirements of campaigns clearly and professionally.
  3. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups or appointments where required.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM or reporting system.
  5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, walk in and conversion targets defined.
  6. Handle queries, provide relevant information, and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
  7. Submit regular reports on call activities, lead status, feedback, and progress.
  8. Adapt to projects, scripts, and campaign objectives while ensuring quality standards and compliance guidelines are followed.

Assignment Basis: Responsibilities and targets may vary depending on the specific project, campaign scope, client requirements, and business objectives.
