Job Description
A R Computers is looking for a motivated CCTV Field Technician to join our team. The role involves field visits, site surveys, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security surveillance systems at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites for CCTV installation, service, and maintenance.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV and security solutions.
- Install and configure IP & Analog CCTV Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
- Perform cable laying, crimping, termination, and testing.
- Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and PCs.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, and hardware-related issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and attend breakdown/service calls.
- Coordinate with customers and the office team for smooth project execution.
- Prepare service reports and update job completion status.
- Ensure installations are completed professionally and on schedule.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in CCTV field installation and service.
- Good knowledge of IP & Analog CCTV systems, DVRs, NVRs, and basic networking.
- Experience with cable laying and installation tools.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR for field assignments.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
