Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Fresher Site Supervisor to assist in supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day site operations and workforce activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and instructions.
• Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and management.
• Record daily work progress and submit reports.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages.
• Assist in quality checks and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Basic knowledge of construction/site activities is an advantage.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites if required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
• Must Have Two Wheeler with Licence

Skills Required:

• Leadership and team coordination.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Time management.
