Job Description

E-commerce Marketplace Operations Process incoming orders from various marketplaces.

  • Download and print invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
  • Update product listings, prices, stock, and images.
  • Monitor inventory across all marketplaces.
  • Coordinate order dispatch with the packing team.
  • Upload tracking details wherever required.
  • Monitor pending orders, cancellations, and delayed shipments.
  • Assist in creating new product listings.


Inventory & Warehouse Coordination Update inventory after dispatch and returns.

  • Coordinate with packing staff regarding daily orders.
  • Maintain inward and outward stock records.
  • Verify stock availability before accepting orders.
  • Courier & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with courier partners for pickups.
  • Resolve pickup and delivery-related issues.
  • Track delayed shipments.
  • Maintain courier performance records.
  • Assist in periodic stock verification.
