Job Summary

ePay Digital India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and ambitious professionals to join our Core Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for franchise expansion, gallery development, lead generation, business presentations, and franchise sales across assigned territories.

The primary objective is to expand the ePay Gallery network and achieve monthly franchise onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate franchise leads through field visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, and business meetings.

✅ Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings.

✅ Identify potential investors and entrepreneurs for ePay Gallery Franchise.

✅ Coordinate franchise inquiry-to-conversion activities.

✅ Maintain lead records and submit weekly and monthly reports.

✅ Organize franchise seminars, business meetings, and promotional events.

✅ Develop and expand ePay Gallery presence in assigned regions.

✅ Build strong relationships with franchise partners and support them during onboarding.

✅ Travel extensively for business development and franchise expansion.

Monthly Performance Commitment

Mandatory Target

Minimum 1 ePay Gallery Franchise activation every month

Annual Commitment

Minimum Business Commitment: ₹24,00,000 (Twenty-Four Lakh Rupees) per year

Performance Review

Performance will be reviewed monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Consistent failure to achieve committed targets may result in reassignment, corrective action, or discontinuation from the Core Team.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate preferred.

Experience in Sales, Marketing, Franchise Development, Business Development, or Retail Expansion.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel across India.

Strong leadership and networking abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
