Relationship Manager - HF-HOUSING FINANCE-Sales
As a Relationship Manager in Housing Finance-Sales, you will play a crucial role in Kotak Mahindra Bank's mission to provide accessible and affordable housing finance solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. You will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their housing finance journey.- Build and maintain a strong network of customers and potential clients in the housing finance sector.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored housing finance solutions, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets by actively promoting housing finance products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing finance market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience, from application to loan disbursal.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and address any concerns or issues effectively.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and presentations to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about new housing finance products and services, and proactively recommend suitable options to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in the housing finance domain.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Housing Finance-Sales department through innovative ideas and a customer-centric approach.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing finance or banking industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive and seamless experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
- Good knowledge of housing finance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for sales and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and attend relevant training programs.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
