Staff Software Engineer II - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & Cloud

Scope:

• Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company.
• Seeking an astute individual with a strong technical foundation and hands-on engineering leadership.
• Architect and design cloud native SaaS products on Azure.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Our Current Technical Environment:

• Software: Java, Spring Boot, GitHub, Mongo Atlas, Azure
• Application Architecture: Scalable, resilient, event-driven, secure multi-tenant microservices architecture, micro-frontend.
• Cloud Architecture: Azure (AKS, Event Hub, Azure AD, ARM), Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
• Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, RDBMS, Snowflake.

What You'll Do:

• Build high-quality scalable code.
• Drive architecture and design improvements.
• Own design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 10 to 13 years of experience in Software Development.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot Backend development, Microservices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and RESTful Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and related Java technologies.
• Demonstrable experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience with microservices architecture at scale.
• Experience implementing event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar technologies.
• Hands-on development skills in Java/Spring Boot along with architecture and design experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, OAuth, REST, GraphQL, Hibernate/JPA, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and React.
• Strong experience with Snowflake data platform, including data modeling, performance optimization, data sharing, security, and integration.
• Experience designing and implementing Snowflake-based data solutions in cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake Warehouses, Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Time Travel, and Data Sharing.
• Strong working knowledge of MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Snowflake, and other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub workflows, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
  Excellent communication skills.
