Sales Manager-Personal Loan-Sales
- Responsible for managing sales activities related to personal loans. - Oversee and drive the sales team to achieve targets in the personal loan segment. - Engage with customers to promote and sell personal loan products. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities in personal loan offerings. - Develop strategies to increase loan sales and expand customer base. - Maintain records of sales and prepare reports for management review. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in loan sales. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance loan product visibility. - Support training and development of sales staff in personal loan products.Job role
