Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established criteria for responsibility, ethics, and sustainability. This role includes designing and applying technological strategies to address any gaps or risks identified, thereby promoting trustworthy and accountable AI solutions. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of AI systems to align with evolving standards and organizational goals, fostering an environment where ethical considerations are integrated into the development and deployment of AI technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible AI principles into system design and deployment.
- Continuously monitor AI system performance against ethical benchmarks and recommend improvements.
- Document findings and mitigation strategies clearly to support transparency and accountability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Management.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable API solutions to support AI system integration.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and data privacy considerations in API development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize API performance in complex environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure API reliability and compliance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in API Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
