This role offers hands-on training in residential construction, project coordination, client interaction, documentation, and site operations. Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites and learn end-to-end construction processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project teams.
• Visit construction sites to monitor project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Maintain project documentation and MIS.
• Support client coordination and project updates.
• Track project schedules, materials, and work progress.
• Learn residential construction processes and quality standards.
• Assist management with operational and administrative activities.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
