Field Sales Executive – Pharma

Wetaran Pharma is a technology platform that helps retail chemists and stockiest run their pharma trade digitally; placing orders and tracking schemes and discounts in one simple app. We're growing our on-ground presence in the western suburbs and are looking for field executives to bring chemists onto the platform.

This is a daily-beat field job. You'll be out meeting chemist shops in your assigned area, showing them how the app works, getting them onboarded, and helping them place and settle into regular ordering.

What you'll do

• Visit retail chemist / medical stores in western suburb and nearby beats every day
• Explain the Wetaran app and how it helps them order stock and see their schemes clearly
• Complete on-the-spot onboarding and registration for interested chemists
• Hand-hold each chemist through their first order and make sure they're comfortable using the app
• Follow up regularly so onboarded chemists stay active and keep ordering
• Share ground feedback from chemists with the team

Who we're looking for

• Experience in pharma field sales, or as a stockiest / distributor salesman or medical representative who already covers chemist counters; this is the ideal background
• Freshers with a D.Pharm / B.Pharm or strong sales drive are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of the local chemist market in the western suburbs is a big plus
• Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; comfortable speaking with shop owners
• Comfortable using a smartphone and apps
• Own a two-wheeler (preferred) and willing to be on-field daily
