VMware Administrator

•Primary skill: Server Virtualization – VMware ESX •Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server environments •Manage Active Directory including user creation, access management, and group policy updates •Perform VMware administration such as VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring, and maintenance •Handle incident and service requests in line with defined SLAs •Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting across infrastructure •Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance for servers •Support backup and restore activities for business continuity •Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL processes (incident, request, and change management) •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders •Good communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment •Strong ownership and accountability towards assigned tasks •Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools • Drive design, development, validation, and support to deliver high-quality technology solutions and ensure client satisfaction •Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective system solutions • Contribute to effort estimation and project planning for seamless delivery • Build efficient and scalable systems, enabling clients to navigate their digital transformation journey
