Job Overview

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader drives revenue by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of agents. You will set sales targets, analyze market data, and lead daily operations to close residential or commercial deals. This role blends hands-on selling with strategic team mentorship.




Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of real estate agents. Conduct weekly coaching sessions and pipeline reviews.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop actionable sales strategies and set quarterly volume targets to maximize regional market share.
  • Lead Management: Oversee the distribution of inbound leads and ensure agents maintain aggressive, high-quality follow-up protocols.
  • Deal Closures: Assist agents with complex negotiations, contract drafting, and escalated client conflict resolution.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize Salesforce or your local CRM to track conversion rates and agent KPIs.



Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success as a licensed real estate agent, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Skills: Expert-level contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and local market analysis.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with modern CRMs and digital real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow or local listing services).
