We are hiring experienced and enthusiastic women professionals for the following roles:
1. Tele Sales Executive / Customer Relationship Executive (Work From Home)
Location: Pan India | 100% Remote
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary + attractive incentives + yearly bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Eligibility:
- Women candidates only (experienced candidates preferred)
- Good English communication skills are mandatory
- Career gap candidates are welcome
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with consistent target achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Generate leads, convert prospects, and manage customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets consistently
Requirement:
- Tablet is mandatory
- Stable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
Interview Process:

- Virtual Google Meet Interview
2. Business Development Manager (Work From Office & Field Sales)
Location: Bangalore | Field Sales
Compensation: 2.5 LPA – 5 LPA + attractive incentives + yearly bonus
- Eligibility:
- Women candidates only
- 1–6 years of sales/business development experience
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads, meet clients, and close deals
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets consistently
