Summary:
As a Prompt Engineer, a typical day involves designing, creating, and refining prompts tailored for Large Language Models to optimize their performance. The role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment of prompt structures to guide and improve the quality of model responses. Throughout the day, the individual collaborates with various teams to develop effective AI interactions, leveraging programming skills and interactive environments to test and enhance prompt effectiveness. This dynamic position demands creativity and adaptability to ensure that the language models deliver accurate and contextually relevant outputs in diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of prompt strategies to improve model accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate prompt performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models and their operational frameworks.
- Ability to design, test, and iterate prompt engineering solutions effectively.
- Competence in using AI playgrounds and interactive environments for model experimentation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
