Job Description
Mechanical Chef is a startup developing cooking robots for homes. We are beginning small-scale manufacturing at our office in the center of Bangalore in Benson Town. We are looking for candidates with strong interest in working in a factory; someone who will be able to learn to execute electronics and mechanical assembly and repair tasks.
Candidate's Primary Responsibilities:
* Solder electronic boards containing through-hole and SMD components, trouble-shoot designs & use electronics measuring devices (oscilloscopes/multimeters).
* Perform mechanical assembly with the safe use of power tools, powered screw-drivers, drills, grinders & hand tools.
* Wire electrical systems, assemble plugs and RCBOs & troubleshoot issues.
Candidate's Secondary Responsibilities:
* Have the ability to learn and develop engineering design skills
* Learn to use CAD software* Manage offsite production* Manage procurement
