Job Description

Job Summary


We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical components and systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of design principles, CAD tools, and manufacturing processes.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems
  • Create 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / CATIA / Creo)
  • Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
  • Perform design calculations related to strength, load, tolerance, and material selection
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for design feasibility
  • Review and improve existing designs to optimize cost, performance, and manufacturability
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and company guidelines
  • Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during manufacturing
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of design files
