Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Troubleshooting Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficient operations. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in production equipment.
• Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment to normal operation.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
• Identify root causes of recurring machine failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain PLC-controlled machines and assist in troubleshooting automation systems.
• Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Replace defective machine parts and components with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts consumption.
