Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, improving productivity, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve business goals.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Train new employees on products, sales processes, and company policies.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the team.
- Work closely with management to implement sales strategies and improve team performance.
