Admission Counselor – Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
  2. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
  3. Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
  4. Achieve monthly admission targets.
  5. Complete student registration and documentation.
  6. Collect fees and issue receipts.
  7. Schedule demo classes and batch timings.
  8. Maintain inquiry and admission records.
  9. Coordinate with trainers and the admin team.
  10. Resolve student queries professionally.
  11. Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.
