Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, a typical day involves actively participating in the early stages of security projects by helping to outline and clarify project requirements. The role includes contributing to the design and construction of security components that align with organizational needs. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that these components are thoroughly tested to meet quality and security standards. Collaboration with various stakeholders to support the smooth progression of security initiatives is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and adjustment of deliverables to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure security components are designed and implemented effectively, meeting project requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices related to service delivery.
- Experience in coordinating and managing security service operations to ensure consistent performance.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to security service implementation and delivery.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align security services with organizational objectives.
- Competence in monitoring service delivery metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Delivery.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
