Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and resource allocation within Agile frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management across multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively in a project environment.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional team collaboration and driving consensus to achieve project objectives.
- Competence in utilizing project management tools and techniques to monitor progress and report status.
