• Explain the company's courses, workshops, and educational programs.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
• Confident and persuasive communication over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Zoom.
• Positive attitude, self-discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
