Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join as LIC Insurance Advisors. Your role will be to promote and sell Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) policies, help clients choose suitable plans, and build long-term relationships with them.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs
- Promote and sell LIC’s life insurance policies (Term Plan, Endowment, ULIP, etc.)
- Provide financial consultation and guide clients on suitable policy options
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into policyholders
- Assist clients with documentation and claim processes
- Maintain long-term relationships and provide after-sales service
- Stay updated on new LIC policies, schemes, and IRDAI guidelines
- Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass (12th pass preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- IRDAI License (training and certification provided by LIC if needed)
