Lic Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join as LIC Insurance Advisors. Your role will be to promote and sell Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) policies, help clients choose suitable plans, and build long-term relationships with them.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs
• Promote and sell LIC’s life insurance policies (Term Plan, Endowment, ULIP, etc.)
• Provide financial consultation and guide clients on suitable policy options
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into policyholders
• Assist clients with documentation and claim processes
• Maintain long-term relationships and provide after-sales service
• Stay updated on new LIC policies, schemes, and IRDAI guidelines
• Requirements:
• Minimum 10th pass (12th pass preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• IRDAI License (training and certification provided by LIC if needed)
