We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a POS Digital Onboarding Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital onboarding process for our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Your primary focus will be to enhance our digital capabilities and provide exceptional support to our clients during their onboarding journey. As an integral part of the BRANCH BANKING-EBS team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Oversee the digital onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and maintain the digital onboarding platform.
• Provide excellent customer support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Review and analyze client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address any potential risks or issues during the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all onboarding activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital onboarding.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve the onboarding process.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient onboarding experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital onboarding processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for onboarding.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and adapt to changes.
