What would you do? The Processor will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Medicare Payer Claims. Claims Services involves managing and processing insurance claims from start to finish. This includes verifying claim details and determining coverage. The goal is to ensure timety and accurate claim resolution. Responsibilities include Attention to detail. High level of organizational ability, Reliability, Ability to work independently, Flexible and trainable, Good to have Health Rule Payer Experience. Conveys information dearly and effectively both written and verbal, Remains focused on improving communication skills while continuousty enhancing knowledge on client products and services. Possesses interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor • In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks • The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work • Please note that this role may requires you to work in fixed shift i.e. US Shift (India Evening shift).
