Role Description
- CB Securities supports Institutional Investors, Corporates, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Pension funds and financial institutions in managing securities and investment related operations.
- Product domain knowledge should include: Custody Services, Fund Services, Corporate Actions, Securities Lending and Borrowing, Collateral Management, Trustee and Agency Services, Foreign Exchange services

Your key responsibilities
- Research, compile and define complex process and identify problem areas in order to work on a solution in partnership with architects, developers and business users
- Design and conceptualize business solution options and articulate underlying impact analysis
- Effectively communicate upwards, regularly reporting on status and sharing work product materials, producing management decks as and when necessary
- Actively support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture
- Lead F2B Transformation projects in the security space. in the delivery of the project and support the F2B Workstream Lead to ensure that projects are on track based on business requirements, risks and issues are appropriately escalated.
Your skills and experience
- In-depth understanding of securities services and trust agency processes, client servicing expectations, product complexity, and operational dependencies
- Experience in end-to-end transformation across security services and Trust Agency Services operating model, process, and governance changes.
- Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and maintain alignment across multiple business, functional, and regional constituencies.
- Working experience in automation/Transformation projects in Agile environment would be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Project Team etc.)
- Excellent partnership with business/technology.
- Demonstrable focus on delivery/execution and problem solving.
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized despite multiple demands.
- Excellent proven communication and documentation/presentation skills
- Ability to identify and escalate problems at an early stage
- Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations
- Fluent in English (written/verbal)
