Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and help them with menu selections.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Provide friendly and quick customer service.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns politely.
  • Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
  • Follow opening and closing duties and restock supplies as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 6 months or more experience in a dine-in restaurant.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
