Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close Solar EPC sales opportunities.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and suggest suitable solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals with the technical team.
  • Build client relationships and manage follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate project onboarding and handover to the execution team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical concepts.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel across Maharashtra, Goa, and Rajasthan.
  • Diploma/Graduate with relevant solar, electrical trading, channel sales, or B2B sales experience preferred.
