In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketers, analysts, content strategists and developers to bring ideas to life across print and digital. You will apply strong Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML/CSS skills to transform abstract requirements into polished, accessible assets that accelerate time to market, strengthen brand consistency and elevate campaign performance. Accountabilities:

• Graphic Design for Print and Digital: Create a wide range of assets across brochures, sales aids, infographics, social and web, delivering clear, on-brand visual outcomes that resonate.
• Design Standards and Typography: Apply modern design techniques, strong typography, and color theory to produce professional materials that enhance readability and engagement.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: Use InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and PowerPoint to build scalable templates, layouts and assets for global use.
• HTML/CSS Execution: Translate designs into clean, standards-compliant HTML and CSS; contribute to jQuery-based interactions where appropriate to improve user experience.
• Brand Stewardship: Interpret brand values and guidelines; enforce consistency across campaigns, channels and formats to protect and strengthen brand equity.
• Concept Development: Turn abstract requirements into clear concepts, storyboards and presentations; explain design rationale and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Digital Campaign Assets: Design digital media and infographics to power multichannel marketing; optimize for accessibility, performance and engagement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner with teammates and collaborators; gather and document requirements; manage feedback and deliver to scope, quality and timelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with design and web guidelines; share findings, streamline ways of working and set the standard on quality.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Strong customer service focus
• Collaborative, flexible and a great teammate
• Education: Any Graduate – In Designing background
• Overall years of relevant experience: 3–5 years

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Design Agency environments
• Strong experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and MS PowerPoint
• Fair knowledge of web standards and accessibility practices
• Experience creating digital media designs and infographics for multichannel campaigns
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into consistent design systems and reusable templates
