Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee – EAI AMS to join our Enterprise Application Integration team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in integration technologies, supporting critical business applications and services within a global enterprise environment.

The trainee will be trained on Boomi integration platform, API integrations and support processes and will assist in maintaining and enhancing enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day integration monitoring and incident handling (L1/L2 activities)
• Assist in service request resolution and basic troubleshooting
• Work on data integration processes between applications like SAP, CRM, databases, and APIs
• Help in monitoring integration flows and resolving failures
• Assist in documentation and knowledge base creation
• Participate in testing and validation of integration processes
• Support senior team members in development and enhancement tasks
• Learn and follow integration lifecycle processes and best practices
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering(B.Tech)
• Basic understanding of:
  • APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Data formats (JSON/XML)
  • Integration concepts or middleware
• Exposure to any programming/scripting (Java, Groovy, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of tools like Postman, SOAP UI is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in integration domain

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of:
  • SAP integrations (IDoc/API)
  • File-based integrations (SFTP/FTP)
  • Event-driven or asynchronous processing concepts
• Exposure to Boomi or any iPaaS platform is an added advantage
