Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to develop engaging visual content for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for graphic designing, video editing, branding, and creating digital marketing creatives that enhance the company's brand presence and generate leads.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Create brochures, flyers, pamphlets, banners, standees, and hoardings.
• Design newspaper advertisements and project branding materials.
• Prepare sales presentations, pitch decks, and project profiles.
• Develop branding creatives for project launches and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Video EditingEdit property walkthrough videos and promotional videos.
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
• Edit drone footage and site progress videos.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and visual effects.
• Perform color correction, audio synchronization, and video optimization.
• Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
• Marketing & Content SupportCreate creatives for digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Design email marketing banners and WhatsApp promotional creatives.
• Develop festive and event campaign creatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
• Organize and maintain design and video assets.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in video editing, color grading, and audio editing.
• Ability to create engaging content for digital and print media.
• Understanding of branding and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
