E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support inventory management and order processing operations across online marketplaces and e-commerce channels. The role involves maintaining stock records, processing orders, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across various e-commerce platforms.
• Update stock quantities and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock reconciliation.
• Report low-stock and out-of-stock situations to management.
• Assist in inventory audits and stock verification activities.

Order Processing

• Process daily orders received from marketplaces and websites.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Track pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
• Ensure order processing is completed within marketplace timelines.

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor seller panels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Update order status and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate with logistics partners regarding shipments and delivery issues.
• Support return and replacement processing.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports on orders, dispatches, and inventory.
• Maintain operational data and records in Excel.
• Assist management with inventory and order-related analysis.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
