Head Of Growth & Marketing

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, manage brand growth, and support business expansion. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, influencer marketing, and team coordination.

This role will work directly with the management team to build and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support revenue growth.

• Digital MarketingCoordinate Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
• Work with agencies and internal teams to improve results.
• Social Media ManagementPlan and manage social media content strategy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Influencer & Partnership MarketingIdentify and onboard influencers, educators, and content creators.
• Manage influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• SEO & Content MarketingCoordinate with SEO agencies and content teams.
• Support website traffic growth and organic lead generation.
• Monitor keyword rankings and content performance.
• Analytics & ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Present insights and recommendations to management.
• Team CoordinationCoordinate with internal creative, sales, and support teams.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Help build and improve marketing processes.
