Job Description
🔹 Objective: Manage post-admission procedures, collect fees, and ensure document submission to the university. and Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
· Verify admission payments and document submissions.
· Guide students and parents through the documentation process.
· Ensure proper submission of all required documents to the university.
· Coordinate with the Visa team for further processing.
· Greet and assist walk-in students/parents
· Manage brochures, profile books, and handbooks
· Handle basic inquiries and direct to counsellors
· Assist in form filling and data entry
· Maintain reception area discipline and presentation
· Ensure a positive visitor experience· Greet and assist walk-in students/parents
