As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of custom solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with database design, optimization, and management.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
