Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are SAP – Sampathkumar Academy of Physics, one of Chennai's most trusted coaching centres since 1985. We have 4 branches across Chennai and a strong track record of producing 1000+ centum scorers. We are looking for a sincere and confident Office Executive to handle both Data Entry and Telecalling responsibilities at our Mogappair East branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call parents and students to explain our courses and follow up on inquiries
• Handle student admission enquiries over phone in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain and update student data accurately in registers and computer systems
• Do data entry work including fee records, attendance, and student information
• Type and format study materials, question papers, and worksheets as given by faculty
• Prepare and print chapter-wise materials, test papers, and student handouts accurately
• Coordinate with branch staff and report daily call status to the coordinator
• Send WhatsApp messages and follow-up reminders to prospective students

Required Skills:

• Good spoken Tamil and English (both mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge — MS Word, MS Excel, and typing
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inquiries confidently
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, data entry, or office admin role
