Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration to meet diverse business requirements.
- Experience in integrating enterprise software solutions with existing business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 year full time education is required and Mandatory experience in the primary skill is required. Certification in primary skill is mandatory.
